1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the official web portal of Hutatma Rajguru Mahavidyalaya (hereafter referred to as “the College”). By accessing, browsing, registering, or completing online fee transactions through this website, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and applicable policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of this website immediately.
2. Eligibility & User Obligations
Users (students, parents, or guardians) are entirely responsible for providing accurate personal, academic, and financial information during admission registration, exam form filling, or fee payment processes.
If you use a portal login provided by the college, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (username and password) and for any activity originating from your account.
3. Fee Structure and Online Payments
The College provides an online gateway infrastructure to enable students to securely pay admission fees, examination fees, eligibility fees, and other institutional charges via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallets.
Depending on the payment mode selected, a nominal processing/convenience fee or service tax levied by the third-party payment gateway provider or banks may be added to the base institutional fee. These charges are non-refundable and are borne entirely by the user.
A payment is considered successful only when a confirmation receipt is generated by the institutional ERP/portal. Users are advised to save a copy of the payment receipt for future verification.
4. Chargebacks, Duplicate Payments, and Status Failures
If an online payment fails but money is deducted from your bank account, the relevant banking partner or payment gateway operator will generally initiate an automatic reversal within 7 to 10 business days. The College holds no liability for funds stuck midway with banking networks.
In the event that a user accidentally pays twice for the same transaction due to a network lag or double-clicking, the student must approach the College Accounts Department with original proof of both transactions. Upon physical verification, the excess amount will be adjusted or refunded as per administrative guidelines.
Users agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks with their issuing banks. Any legitimate fee discrepancy must be resolved directly through written communication with the College administration.
5. Refund and Cancellation Framework
Refunds arising out of the cancellation of academic admissions are strictly subject to the ordinances, statutes, and cut-off timelines declared by Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and the Government of Maharashtra.
Processing costs, admission prospectus fees, examination form processing charges, and intermediate gateway convenience fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice
All digital materials published on this portal—including but not limited to syllabi, e-learning resources, academic notices, evaluation criteria, logos, images, software scripts, and user interface designs—are the exclusive intellectual property of Hutatma Rajguru Mahavidyalaya. Unauthorized framing, scraping, commercial distribution, or modification of any material hosted on https://www.hrmrajgurunagar.ac.in/ is legally prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Liabilities
The College endeavors to provide uninterrupted access to its portal. However, we do not guarantee continuous, error-free operations during critical admission cycles or heavy server traffic. The College shall not be held responsible for missing university deadlines due to localized internet failures or unexpected system downtime.
The website may direct users to external platforms (such as the SPPU examination portal, scholarship portals, or banking pages). The College does not claim ownership or responsibility for the privacy practices, uptime, or content found on those external destinations.
8. Strict Academic Discipline & Compliance
Users utilizing this website to process applications certify that they will abide by the structural discipline rules of the campus. This includes strict adherence to Anti-Ragging regulations (as per Hon. Supreme Court mandates), maintaining mandatory attendance percentage criteria, and satisfying periodic eligibility verifications. Submitting payment online does not guarantee an absolute right to admission if physical eligibility criteria are found unfulfilled.
9. Privacy and Data Security
The data collected during online payment procedures or profile creation is treated with strict confidentiality. It will only be utilized for institutional tracking, University registration, and statutory compliances. Payment details (like card numbers or PIN codes) are processed directly via secure SSL-encrypted third-party banking servers and are never stored on the College’s local web databases.
10. Modifications to Terms
Hutatma Rajguru Mahavidyalaya reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, append, or withdraw segments of these Terms & Conditions at any given point without serving prior individualized notices. Users are expected to regularly review this page to keep themselves updated on modified provisions.
11. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Any legal disputes, claims, or conflicts of interest directly related to website operations, financial collections via the payment gateway, or general institutional practices shall be subject exclusively to the territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajgurunagar (Khed) / Pune City, Maharashtra, India.
